ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to issue No Objection Certificate for the petitioner's property situated at Tiruchirappalli, Old Sinthamani Village, Ward-B, now classified as Tiruchirappalli West Taluk, Abhishekapuram Town, G Ward -Dhamalavarubayam, New Block No.17, New T.S. No.10/1, Old T.S. No. 3937, Plot No.5, comprising 3560 sq. ft., for correcting the entry in patta, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2025.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is disposed at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner has made a representation dated 03.11.2025 before the first respondent seeking to issue No Objection Certificate for correcting entry in the patta with respect to the petitioner's property 2/6

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the aforesaid relief has been sought for by the petitioner, now, he confines the prayer that it would suffice if the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.11.2025 is disposed of in accordance with law.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.11.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, and also taking into consideration the judgment and decree passed by the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, in OP No.52 of 1986 dated 03.03.1986, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
