ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the petitioner's land with the aid of the fourth respondent and issue separate patta regarding petitioner's land comprised in S.No.372 to an extent of 7934 1⁄2 sq.ft. (18.2 cents) situated at Mandapam, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District based on the survey fee paid in Receipt No. 2024/0123/27/000356, dated 27.02.2024 and application for patta transfer made in Petition No.2024/0105/27/259942, dated 06.02.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Both parties are present and by considering their arguments, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in accordance with the procedure, he has made payment of challan for the purpose of subdivision and separate patta. In support of his claim, he has filed documents.
4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to conduct survey in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the concerned parties, who are interested and issue separate patta on merits, as early as possible.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
