2. This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 21.08.2025 passed in M.C.No.01 of 2024, on the file of Family Court, Pudukkottai District.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Dinesh, learned Counsel appearing for Revision Petitioner, submitted that Revision Petitioner do not propose to press the Criminal Revision Petition and want to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Revision Petition.

4. Mr.D.Srinivasaragavan, learned Counsel for Respondent, stated that he had no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for Revision Petitioner.

5. In view of the submissions and endorsement made by learned Counsel for Revision Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to Revision Petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
