ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to rectify the mistake and issue Patta in respect of 23 cents to the petitioner as per the sale deed in Document No.550 of 1965, dated 17.05.1965, for the land situated at Michaelpatti Village, Alankudi Taluk, Pudukottai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2024.
2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent is hereby dispensed with.
4. According to the petitioner, he is the absolute owner of the subject property. The petitioner submits that there is an error in the records regarding the allocation of land and that the second respondent has failed to issue the Patta in respect of the aforementioned 23 cents of land, as per the sale deed, despite a valid claim and the petitioner's rightful ownership. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation on 15.07.2024 requesting the second respondent to take necessary action and issue the Patta for the land. However, no action has been taken by the second respondent, which has led to the filing of this petition.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.07.2024, on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner, the fifth respondent as well as all other persons, who may be interested in the subject matter, within
twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the second respondent to consider the same on its own merits. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to work out their remedies before the Civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs. NCC : Yes / No (K.SURENDER, J.)
