ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to withdraw the case in C.C.No.1181 of 2025 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and transfer the same to learned Additional District cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Sivagiri.

2. Considering the relief given by this Court, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that earlier, the private respondents herein had filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8459 of 2023 to transfer the case. Pursuant to the order 2/4

of this Court, dated 12.12.2024, the case was transferred from learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar to Mahila Court, Madurai.

4. In view of the same, keeping on transferring the case from one Court to another will restart the conduct of the trial. Hence, I do not find any necessity to transfer the same.
