ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 5 to pay compensation to the petitioner, based on the order of the 3rd respondent in (Per.) (FB) TNPDCL Proceedings No.11 dated 21.12.2024.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is disposed at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner has made a representation dated 19.08.2025 seeking compensation to the petitioner, for the death of the petitioner's second son, as per the order of the 3rd respondent in (Per.) (FB) TNPDCL Proceedings No.11 dated 21.12.2024.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the aforesaid relief has been sought for by the petitioner, now, he confines the prayer that it would suffice if the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.08.2025 is disposed of in accordance with law.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the fifth respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
