Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner challenges Form III notice issued by the fifth respondent. Form III notice is in respect of Survey No.302/50, Kambarasampettai Village.

3. We wanted to know from the petitioner's counsel if the petitioner is having any patta in respect of the said survey number. Answer is in the negative. Admittedly, the petitioner has no right or claim over S.No.302/50. Eviction action / removal of encroachment will be strictly confined to S.No. 302/50 and it will not have any bearing on the petitioner's patta land.

4. With the aforesaid clarification, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
