This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the First Information Report in Crime No.248 of 2025 dated 05.12.2025 on the file of the 1st respondent/complainant and quash the same in respect of petitioner.

The learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kariyapatti by way of efiling in No.C202500448 on 30.12.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith.
