ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.90 1/4

of 2012.

2.This Court, vide order dated 28.01.2026, had directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, had sent a report vide proceeding in D.No.164/2026, dated 28.01.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2005 to 2026, which was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 3066 and the pendency of the suits in the year 2012 is 10. 3.Considering the fact that the present suit is of the year 2012, the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.90 of 2012 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands 2/4

disposed of. No costs.
