ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to take appropriate legal actions based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2025 and 02.09.2025 within a stipulated time.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (crl.side), who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Muthu Manikkam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the third respondent. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the respondents 4 to 8, notice to them is dispensed with.

3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has sent a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 alleging that the respondents 4 to 8 created forged power of attorney by impersonation in respect of his property. However, the said representation has not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry in respect of the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2025 and 02.09.2025, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 8 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
