This writ petition has been filed seeking Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 9 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2025 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that representation of the petitioner has been considered and FIR has also been registered in Crime No.33 of 2025 by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Thanjavur.
