Alleging that the order of this Court dated 25.07.2025 passed in W.P(MD) No.20337 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 10.03.2025, passed in W.P(MD) No.6131 of 2025, has been duly complied with and produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4/366/2025, dated 29.01.2026 before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, no further order is required in this contempt petition and the contempt petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 29.01.2026, if so advised, in the manner known to law.
