O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent for re-issuance of passport to the petitioner based upon his application dated 04.11.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the second respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has been implicated in two criminal cases in Crime Nos.184 and 186 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent, which have culminated in filing of charge sheets in P.R.C.Nos.35 and 36 of 2025 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Kamuthi.

3. In view of the above said submissions, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial Court concerned seeking permission of the Court to go abroad. Based upon the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, the first respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law. 2/4

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
