The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order of this Court dated 23.07.2025 in W.P.(MD) No.19913 of 2025, wherein this Court has directed the authority to include the name of the petitioner in the legal heir certificate of late.P.Ravichandran.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, the name of the petitioner has been included in the legal heir certificate issued on 30.12.2025.
