ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2025.

2. Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 02.12.2025 for selling a property that was purchased in the name of his son. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the 2/4

representation of the petitioner dated 02.12.2025 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
