ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue a direction, directing the 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family members in the guise of the enquiry against the oral compliant given by the 3rd respondent, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a land dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. He further submitted that the 3rd respondent filed a complaint, leading to a summons for enquiry at the 2nd respondent police Station. Despite the dispute being money in nature, the 1st and 2nd respondent police are allegedly pressuring the petitioner to appear, causing harassment.

3. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr.S.Ravi, on instructions, submitted that an enquiry has been conducted and a First Information Report was registered.
