This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records in Crime No.47 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.1819 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the above C.C. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
