ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthoor to dispose the case in CC No.62 of 2007 within a stipulated time.
2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthoor, to complete the trial in CC No.62 of 2007 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
