O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.28115 of 2024, dated 26.11.2024, wherein, this Court has directed the first respondent to pass orders on merits.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before his Court. 3.In compliance of the orders of this Court, the first respondent had inititiated proceedings, dated 1.7.2025 which is adverse to the Petitioner and the Petitioner has been directed to approach the second respondent in view of G.O.Ms.No.45, Social Welfare Department, dated 28.4.2025.

4.Recording the above said fact, the Contempt Petition is closed, preserving the right of the Petitioner to approach the second respondent.
