PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court and consequently directing the 1st respondent to reimburse the medical expenses of Rs.61,700/- incurred by the petitioner 1/4
for taking treatment of Devaki Specialty Hospital, Madurai with interest at the rate of 9% from 24.07.2024 i.e., claim made by the petitioner till the date of reimbursement made to the petitioner. ORDER
The petitioner is a government employee. His wife has taken treatment under the New Health Insurance Scheme meant for government servant. He has filed this writ petition with a grievance that the respondents have not reimbursed the medical expenses incurred by him. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submit that the medical expenses have already been reimbursed by the insurance company.
3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
