PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the learned District Munsif, Uthamapalayam, to expedite the Execution Petition in E.P.No.57 of 2021 in O.S.No.80 of 2011 and to dispose of the same within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Uthamapalayam, to dispose of the case in E.P.No.57 of 2021 in O.S.No.80 of 2011, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.This Court, vide order, dated 02.02.2026, had directed the learned District Munsif, Uthamapalayam, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending cases and in compliance of the same, the learned District Munsif, Uthamapalayam, had sent a report vide proceedings in D.No.131/2026, dated 16.02.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2011 to 2026. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 476 and the pendency of the

cases in the year 2021 is 38.

3.Since the present case is of the year 2021, the learned District Munsif, Uthamapalayam, is directed to dispose of the case in E.P.No.57 of 2021 in O.S.No.80 of 2011, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
