ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking Mandamus to direct the first and second respondents herein to initiate appropriate action on petitioner's complaint dated 15.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (crl.side), who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has sent a representation to the respondents on 15.10.2025 alleging that his son has fraudulently transferred a sum of Rs.35,00,000/- from the petitioner's account to his wife and that action be taken against him. So far, no steps have been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

5. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits, directs the respondents to conduct enquiry in respect of the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
