ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Respondent Police to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the Learned Fast Track Court-II, Madurai in S.T.C.No.19/2025 by secure the offender.
2. When the matter came up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner placed before this Court the agreement of compromise entered into between the defecto complainant and the petitioner where the parties have mutually resolved the issue and further submitted that the trial Court had also accepted the compromise agreement and had closed the main case.
