When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition with liberty to the petitioners to file an application under Order VII Rule 14(3) of CPC before the Court below. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. If the petitioners file an application under Order VII Rule 14(3) of CPC within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the Court below is directed to consider and disposed of the same independently, without being influenced by the order passed earlier, as expeditiously as possible.
