ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to refrain from harassing the petitioner under the guise of investigation.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that based on the undertaking given by the petitioner, enquiry has already been conducted and closed and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, there is no necessity to give any direction to the second respondent. This criminal original petition is disposed of.
