This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3, particularly the 4th respondent to take appropriate legal action / investigation on the petitioner's compliant dated 10.12.2025 against the 4th respondent under the Senior Citizen Act.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that a First Information Report has been registered based on the petitioner's complaint in Crime No.658 of 2025, before the third respondent police station.
