PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2025 and grant permission to shift the petitioner's husband Boopathy, from the Central Prison, Trichy to the Government Hospital, Trichy in order to provide necessary medical treatment to the petitioner's husband Boopathy.

The prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2025 and grant permission to shift the petitioner's husband Boopathy, from the Central Prison, Trichy to the Government Hospital, Trichy in order to provide necessary medical treatment to the petitioner's husband Boopathy.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 19.11.2025 and pass orders on own merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition (Crl.) stands disposed of. No costs.
