ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.130 of 2025 within a period as stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, by way of e-filing in No.LTN202500446 on 02.10.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith. 19.12.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No vsg 2/4
