2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the charge sheet has also been laid before the Court concerned.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner shall file an undertaking before the Trial Court stating that he will appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. Upon filing such an affidavit, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 21622 of 2025, dated 27.11.2025, is hereby fully relaxed.
