ORDER

This petition filed seeking to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.223 of 2025, dated 05.07.2025 and proceed with the same as per law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the final report has been made ready and it will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of one week. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the first respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is accordingly disposed of with the above directions.
