2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).NO.18484 of 2025, dated 17.11.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
