ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to execute the warrant issued against the accused A3, A4 and A7 to A10 on 13.02.2025 in CC.No.117/2023 in Crime No.208/2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court hereby directs the third respondent to execute the warrant issued against the accused A3, A4 and A7 to A10 on 13.02.2025 in CC.No.117/2023 in Crime No. 208/2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from today.
