2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19165 of 2025 dated 19.11.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice a month i.e., on 1st and 15th day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
