2. Considering the relief given by this Court, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

Considering the fact that the petitioner herein is the husband and the wife and the minor children are the respondents in M.C, I do not find any necessity to allow this criminal original petition, troubling the single mother with two minor children compelling to travel to secure the ends of justice. However, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with unless the Trial Court requires his presence specifically.
