ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19472 of 2025 dt. 06.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he is the sole breadwinner of his family and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has jumped out of bail.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is jumped out of bail, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court as and when required and for all hearings. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
