O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to pass necessary orders in the light of the recommendation made by the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings dated 21.07.2025.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. A proceeding of the 3rd respondent dated 21.07.2025 addressed to the 4th respondent reveals that to modify the approved plan in the OSR, a recommendation has been made.

4. Though the said recommendation has been addressed to the 4th respondent on 21.07.2025, the 4th respondent has not passed orders.

5. Without going into the merits of the claim, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 21.07.2025 and pass orders on or before 31.01.2026.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
