2.Today(09.01.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that as per the direction of this Court in the above order, the petitioner was allowed to participate in the counselling for the promotion panel drawn for the post of Nursing Superintendent Grade II.
