ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the respondent herein, wherein Form - VI and Form - VII submitted by the writ petitioner have been returned on the ground that O.S.No.16 of 2025 is pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Tuticorin.

2.It could be seen from the records that though a civil suit is pending, no interim order has been granted. In such circumstances, there is no legal impediment for the respondent to accept Form - VI and Form - VII, if they are otherwise in order.

3.In view of the above facts, the order impugned in this writ petition is set aside. The matter is remanded back to the file of the respondent to reconsider and accept Form - VI and Form - VII, if they are otherwise in order.

4.With the aforesaid observations, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
