ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2024 to issue Non-traceable certificate with regard to missing of sale deeds bearing Doc.Nos. 1865 of 1995, 1706 of 1999 and 2174 of 1999.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (crl.side), who takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that already the petitioner has submitted a representation through online, however, he has not submitted the copy of the sale deeds. Since he has not submitted the relevant documents, the complaint was closed.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh complaint along with copy of the sale deeds bearing Doc.Nos.1865 of 1995, 1706 of 1999 and 2174 of 1999 dated 12.12.2025 within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such complaint, the respondent shall consider the same in the manner known to law and pass order within four weeks therefrom.
