ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the entire records in relating to impugned FIR in Crime No.224 of 2025 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police and to Quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and the case was taken on file in S.T.C.No.3 of 2026. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition for further investigation in the aforesaid S.T.C under Section 193(9) of BNSS, 2023 if so advised.
