The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders to restore the photograph of Tavathiru Velandi Paraparadesi Siddhar in Arulmigu Sri Subramaniya Swamy Temple, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2025 is directed to be 2/5

considered and disposed of by the respondents within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 6 would submit that the Board of Trust is the appropriate authority to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2025.

4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to forthwith place the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2025 before the Board of Trust of Arulmigu Sri Subramaniya Swamy Temple, Valliyoor. On receipt of such representation, the Board of Trust shall take a decision on the representation of the petitioner with regard to restoration of the photograph of Tavathiru Velandi Paraparadesi Siddhar in Arulmigu Sri Subramaniya Swamy Temple, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs. 3/5
