O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to measure and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's property in Survey No. 50/1B2, Patta No. 208 situated at Korkkai village, Eral taluk, Thoothukudi District based on the petitioner's representation and payment receipt No. 2025/0123/28/010880 dated 11.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 11.11.2025 to the respondents for conducting survey of the petitioner's property. However, no action has been taken on the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the respondents 2 and 3 within a time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
