[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 65 days in the filing the above writ appeal.
2. On 05.01.2026, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) took notice for the respondent and sought time to file counter. However, till date no counter has been filed by the respondent. Hence, we are inclined to condone the delay.
3. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 65 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.
