ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents to regulate the drainage system in S.F.No.70/8, Chidambaram Garden, Viralimalai. Pudukkottai District

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the third respondent herein has to initiate steps to prevent draining of the drainage water into his agricultural land. To the said effect, he has given a representation on 04.08.2025, which has been acknowledged by the concerned authorities.

4. In view of the above said facts, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2025 and initiate appropriate steps to prevent draining of the drainage water into the agricultural land of the Writ Petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
