PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue tender schedules for all the works mentioned in tender notification vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.2668/2025/A2 dated 03.12.2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the second respondent to issue tender schedules for all the works mentioned in the tender notification vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.2668/2025/A2 dated 03.12.2025.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submits that as and when the petitioner approaches the second respondent, tender schedules would be issued to him.

3. The above said written instruction is recorded and the second respondent is directed to issue tender schedule to the writ petitioner on or before 16.12.2025.
