This petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to take appropriate action against private Respondents and consequently gave adequate Police Protection to Petitioner's life and limb to the peaceful possession and enjoyment of his property on the basis of representation dated 28.11.2025.
