ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 307 of 2025, dated 13.08.2025, on the file of the second respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in Spl.S.C.No.69 of 2025 has been filed before the Special Court, Dindigul and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No cp 2/4
