JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that, subsequent to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, the appellant had been transferred to another society and had already joined duty at the said place. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Appeal.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
