Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the third respondent relating to the impugned order vide Na.Ka.No.T3/314/2025 dated 19.08.2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the arrears of a sum of Rs.1,04,800/- along with interest to the petitioner for the collection of solid waste during August 2023 and September 2023 in accordance with law. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the respondents wherein the request of the petitioner for clearing his bills has been rejected.

2.Pending writ petition, the amount sought for by the writ petitioner to a tune of Rs.1,04,800/- has already been credited to his account and a written instruction has been received by the Special Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent.

4.Considering the fact that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has already been acceded to, no further orders are called for. This writ petition stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
