COMMON ORDER The present Criminal Miscellaneous petitions are filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.RC(MD)Nos.949 and 950 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court had permitted the petitioner/respondent to file an application for withdrawal of Rs. 60,000/- each in both cases before the trial Court within a period of ten days, i.e., from 23.09.2025. He further submitted that petitioner/respondent herein had certain health issues and, therefore, was unable to contact his counsel and file an appropriate application before the trial Court for withdrawal of Rs.60,000/- within the stipulated time granted by this Court. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petitions seeking extension of time to file an application before the trial Court for withdrawal of Rs. 60,000/-.

3. Mr.S.Shanmugam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has stated that he has no objection to allowing these petitions.

4. In view thereof, the petitioner/respondent herein is permitted to file an application before the trial Court for withdrawal of Rs.60,000/- each, in both cases, which was already deposited by the respondent/petitioner herein on 18.08.2025 before the trial Court, within a period of two weeks from today and if any such application is filed by the petitioner/respondent herein within the time stipulated by this Court, the trial Court is directed to dispose of such application within a period of ten days thereafter.

5. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
